My search for answers to regain my own health led me on a journey discovering so many different beliefs and opinions about the ideal diet that I soon felt lost and confused by the many and opposing ideologies. But not giving up, I continued my search and the day I discovered the WFPB lifestyle, it just resonated with me in such a profound way that it changed my life overnight. It just felt right, for my body, mind and my soul.
And once I started my new way of life, I was amazed at how quickly my health improved. My energy levels increased within days, my brain fog, restless leg syndrome, sinusitis and many other ailments started disappearing one by one, and within weeks I felt better than I did when I was in my twenties. I started exercising within a few days and exercise is something that I simply did not have the energy for, in years. In time I even became an avid hiker and today hiking in nature is one of my greatest joys.
