In my program I educate, motivate, guide and support, thereby empowering you to make healthy, sustainable and life-long lifestyle changes by incorporating foods like legumes, whole grains, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds into your diet for optimal health, while you enjoy delicious and nutritious meals, desserts and snacks. Health can only be achieved from a base of good nutrition, as you can never out exercise a bad diet and as such a whole-food, plant based lifestyle provides an excellent base for health and
physical activity.
In order to obtain optimal health and well being a holistic approach is essential
and therefore exercise, sleep and stress management is incorporated into my
program.
The program is personalised and customised to each individual client, as we are all unique, having different challenges and circumstances.
