About a whole-food, plant based (WFPB) lifestyle

Most people only realise how important their health is once they start to lose or have lost it through suffering and illness like being overweight, in pain, have chronic disease (e.g. heart disease, diabetes, hypertension etc.), fatigue, issues with regards to sleep and the list goes on and on.


It is unfortunate that for most of us we have to hit the brick wall first, before we start to seek a solution. But the good news is that there is a solution. And my hope is that you will choose to empower yourself and give yourself the gift of good health and happiness to live your best life.

Good nutrition creates health in all areas of our existence.

Food choices are the most significant cause of poor health. Seven out of ten deaths are caused by chronic disease like heart disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes and cancer, which can be prevented or treated with diet. On a whole-food, plant based lifestyle you can eat delicious food without counting calories or practising portion control.
